JAELCTL Journal provides digital access to academic article PDFs. Since the products provided through the website are digital publications, the following policy applies.

1. Digital PDF Purchases

Article PDFs are digital products delivered electronically after successful payment.

Once payment has been successfully completed and the PDF download has been made available, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

2. Failed Transactions

If an amount is deducted from the customer’s bank account but the payment is not successfully recorded on our website, the customer should contact us with the transaction details.

We will verify the transaction with the payment gateway and take appropriate action.

3. Duplicate Payment

If the same article is accidentally paid for more than once for the same transaction or order, the customer may contact us with the relevant payment details.

After verification, any eligible duplicate payment may be refunded through the original payment method.

4. PDF Download Problems

If a customer has successfully paid but is unable to access or download the purchased PDF due to a technical issue, the customer should contact us.

After verifying the payment, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the purchased article.

5. Incorrect Purchase

Customers are advised to check the article title, publication details, and displayed price before completing payment.

Refunds for an incorrect article purchase may not be available once digital access has been provided.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or payment gateway, subject to the applicable payment provider’s processing time.
