Manuscript Requirements

Length
3,000–6,000 words (research articles); 1,500–2,500 words (reviews/short communications)
Format
MS Word (.docx), Times New Roman 12pt, 1.5 line spacing, A4
Structure
Title, Author(s) & Affiliation, Abstract (150–250 words), 4–6 Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results/Discussion, Conclusion, References
Citation Style
APA 7th Edition (recommended for ELT/Linguistics/Literature journals)
Anonymization
Author details removed from the manuscript file for blind review (submitted separately)

Submission Process

Register/login on the OJS portal

Submit manuscript + author declaration + copyright form

Editorial desk screening (scope fit, plagiarism check) — 3–5 days

Double-blind peer review — 3–4 weeks

Revision (if required) — 1–2 weeks

Final acceptance and copyediting

Ethical Requirements

No plagiarism — similarity index threshold to be stated, e.g., <15%
No simultaneous submission to another journal
Proper informed consent/IRB statement for studies involving human participants
